It is not jumpy, but a lot of fun and in my opinion lives it’s purpose. Little boy loves pressing the ‘face’ to hear sounds and often hugs the the toy. He throws the ball and laughs when it lifts up and starts ‘talking’. Sometimes he uses the ball as his pillow.
