Good product and wonderful company behind the product – The string on one of the two items I bought detached from the ball. The manager of the company contacted me feeling bad the string detached the second time we used the product so he shipped me a replacement set. That was very generous. We have not had any issues with the second set. My son enjoys playing with the toy a few times a week. He enjoys tossing the ball in the air so he can try and catch the ball. The toy is very effective for my son’s eye hand coordination especially given my son has adhd. I recommend the product and the company behind the product. The guys genuinely stand behind their product.
