Exactly as pictured – This is super cute for a toddler. The box that holds everything is a lot smaller than I expected but still cute. It did come with the doctor jacket!

Worth it but be careful! – I got it for my daughter’s 3rd bday and she’s obsessed with this now. She carries her doctor case around all day long and plays doctor all day long. Only thing that scared me was the attachable strap for the box so you can carry it around over the shoulders. Well my daughter put it around her neck and started twisting the box almost choking herself. I removed the strap and everything’s been fine since. It’s worth the money so far but for Littles I would recommend to just store the strap away and not use it. It’s not really necessary to have anyway.
