Never gets played with pieces all intact – Batteries needed, the pouches haven’t been on the belt clip since it was got. He was excited for the first couple days having it but afterward it has been in pieces.

Doesn’t come with batteries – I bought this gift for my 6 yr old Grandson. I wish I had read all the reviews before I purchased this product! There is nowhere in the description that says you need to buy batteries! He was very excited to receive this because he loves Ryan’s World! There was disappointment and tears when we discovered that it didn’t come with batteries! And you have to buy button batteries! That is not something that we normally keep in the house and they are expensive! Needless to say, having to buy expensive batteries after paying for this expensive toy, and the disappointment of my Grandson, I am very dissatisfied!

HORRIBLE – First off, the spinner doesn’t even budge, you can’t spin it at all. The gun comes with NO batteries and they are 1.5v which are hard to find in stores. The belt also comes with no batteries. The quality overall just sucks. My son and I were disappointed.

My toddler loves this but you will need button batteries! – My kid loves Ryan and has being bugging me for a gun. I honestly had no idea what he meant until i seen this. He was beyond excited and that’s worth all the stars in the world. He also loves play pretend so this is great for him. The set includes 2 Super Spy themed mystery figures, (we got ryan and the panda) a spinner, laser gun, spy cards, and the light up spy belt. The toy gun is great and obviously his favorite part of this. It likes up and makes sounds, perfect for annoying everyone in the house. My son is small and the belt don’t fit the greatest but we shortened it and it’s fine now. It holds the characters, spinner, and cards. He will tuck the gun in there too. He also loves to stash about anything he can find in the pockets. You will need batteries and the button. If this is a gift make sure you have them or your kid might be disappointed. They should really include them and that’s really the only fault I see here. Another review suggested quailty but this is a $30 toy and most toys don’t last forever anymore. I haven’t had an issue with the set. My son beats his toys like there is no tomorrow. If it has survived a couple weeks with his imagination, I think you will be fine. My son has requested more Ryan toys now and another gun.
