Nice update to the Syma Standard S107 Small Coaxial Helo – I started years ago on the Syma S107 small indoor Infrared Coaxial Helo, the best at that time of small coax Helo and very stable, but tended to not hover in one place. Their new updated S107H-E here with height control just made the best small Coax helo even better. With the included now 2.4ghz controller, auto take off and auto land with height control, this is the easiest helo ever to begin and fly with. Now Being 2.4hgz you can fly outside on a calm day no problem with extended range. Inside this thing flys like a dream, extremely stable, smooth very little to no drift on hover. Outside the same as long you have NO breeze. This helo does NOT handle any breeze at all, outside or with any fans blowing inside. Mine had a very slight right drift on hover, I took the 2 screws out of the canopy and noticed the small weight was more on the right side, I attached the weight to the inside center of the nose, fed the light back in screwed on the canopy, no more drift. I fly mine all the time on the higher faster speed. The top right button is for fast or slow. The helo achieves the faster or slower speeds by raising the speed of the tail motor for more tilt for the faster speed. This is 3.5 channel helo, meaning left, right turn and forward and backward, there is no drifting side to side motion, that’s only on 4 channel helos. Battery gives you right at 6min. flight times and a 15-20min. charge time, so plan your flights out. Don’t loose the USB charger, cause it requires that exact charger to charge the permanently attached battery under the canopy. You can snip the wires and replace the 150mah 3.7v battery if that one ever goes bad, I would recommend a 220mah 3.7v battery and leave out the nose weight for another 25% flight time, only if you feel you can rewire in another battery, the stock battery charger will work with a 220mah battery as long it made for syma helos. The auto take off and auto land is a nice feature and that’s the upper left hand button. The 2 smaller(left and right) side buttons on the controller are made to adjust if the tail boom does not stay steady and you can adjust it for which ever way the helo is spinning, to counter react and to stop that movement. Being Stuck inside this is a little nice relaxing helo to fly around in those closed in days, or no breeze outside mornings. Here is a list of improvements.

Great Learning Helicopter !!!! – Well: If you are learning to Drive you dont start off with a Mercedes !!!! Not that this is not a good product. It is !!!! If you are starting out in this Hobby you need to learn the basics What I liked about this helicopter is the controls are very responsive, Literally one must as they say do able to do several things at once , If the helicopter is heading to the ceiling and its right above the kitchen sink you better be able to lower and turn this flying apparatus around quickly before it smashes into this morning dishes. One other thing . I am new to this whole Drone helicopter thing and I must have crashed this baby a hundred times. I am 73 years young and my reflexes are not what they were 50 years ago . There is hardly a scratch after all those miscalculations on my part . For a beginner with $30 to $40 bucks to share go get this nice started kit

Best I’ve had – I bought this with the intention of giving it to my 10 yr old for a present. Being the responsible father that I am, I had to make sure it worked. After checking it out, I’m buying him one. Lol. Elevation hold makes flying this a breeze. Controls work great and it is super durable. I’ve had other cheaper mini copters but this one is worth the few extra bucks.

It’s well suited for Indoor fun – Wind makes this helicopter to act wierd during outdoor flights. Other than that, it was lot of fun trying this helicopter.

Love this remote control helicopter – My daughter loves everything about this helicopter especially the way it lights up. She had a ball flying this around the house. It’s super easy to control it even if it’s your first time flying it. It was easy to put this together and get it working. I myself took the helicopter for a flight and had so much fun flying it around the house. This was a great purchase

Best Helicopter I have used – I purchased this helicopter for my eight year old grandson for Christmas. Of course, I tested it! Lol. Let me first say that in all the years I had children living at home, my husband got to “test” all the remote products purchased in our household. So, just to spell it out, I have ZERO experience with any remote not a TV remote. Out of the box, you will need 4 AA batteries and to charge the helicopter for 1 hour (at least). After that you are on your way. I will also add that I didn’t feel like the directions was specific enough — they should have said to turn on the helicopter and then to connect the helicopter and the controller simply move the left controller up and then down. This connects them together. It took me two minutes to figure this out though so no biggy. Now on to actually flying the helicopter. It has an amazing one button start up that will simply lift the helicopter off the ground for you. After that you can move the joysticks and control it any way you want. And also, that one button that can lift it in the air can also set it straight down. I LOVED IT! I will admit with no experience whatsoever, it took me about 4 times before I could successfully fly the helicopter without crashing. But the positive side is that I can tell you I ran that helicopter smack dab into my oven top, my microwave, the front of my refrigerator and straight down to the floor FULL SPEED. And the darn thing never broke. LMBO. I can’t believe it. I have had to send off for part for “Christmas gifts” my husband broke within 5 minutes. This helicopter took a licking and kept ticking.
