Great customer service! – Bought this for my 5 year-old daughter. She enjoys playing with it. We needed a replacement power cord, which is very specific for this toy, and when I reached out to customer service they were amazing. I’m writing this review more so about the amazing, 5 star customer service vs. the toy itself! Although the toy is great, too. After emailing customer service, I had a new cord in my hands just 2 days later! They sent it to me for free and also provided me the link to order extra cords if needed in the future. They followed up with tracking info and asked later to make sure I had received it. I don’t know the last time I had such a great customer service experience!

Super fun for dinosaur fans – My daughter is a big dinosaur fan, who happens to also love robots. This gift for her third birthday was a no-brainer. For the price, totally worth it. One minor complaint- you have to point the remote right at it to get it to work, especially when the battery starts to run low. This was a bit frustrating for my daughter to get the hang of. It was also a bit challenging to get used to the hand commands, but it’s fun to play around with. I purchased this about 9 months ago, and it received some pretty rough treatment from my kid so the neck did break slightly but I was able to superglue it to “fix” it. Not sure how long that will last. She likes to put it on our coffee table to dance and it occasionally falls off. Not really a design flaw, but I wouldn’t call it the most durable toy out there. Regardless, it has been a great toy. My daughter gets so much joy from it and loves feeding it treats. Highly recommend for kiddos. Disclaimer- one of my daughters younger friends was afraid of it, so I might not recommend for all young kids or toddlers
