Cute! However… – It’s a super fun Polly Pocket set! The only problem is the pieces do not all fit back into the compact when you want to close it up and put it away. It seems like the whole point of Polly Pocket is that you can put all the pieces inside to take the whole set on the go, but with this set and a few of the other new ones, you just can’t close it with all the pieces inside. You will have to put the tiny parts into a separate container of your own. Kind of a disappointment, I must say! It’s too bad that these compacts don’t have a compartment to store the parts.

Great for traveling! – My 3 year old loves it! We used it on an airplane ride to SD. There is enough creativity and things you can move, turn, etc to keep a little engaged. I think it’s great for pretend play. Only thing I would change is one of the characters couldn’t sit and one of the skirt outfits would easily fall off. Otherwise did the job for traveling purposes!

Cute new polly pocket – This is a cute, updated version of Polly Pocket from when I was younger, so I was super excited to share it with my daughter. It’s a lot of fun for her and she enjoys playing with it for hours at a time. The downside that I found is that the plastic doesn’t seem to be that durable and also sometimes the pieces that pop out on the inside are hard to lay back flat and shut in, so they make it very difficult to shut the toy. This can be frustrating for youngsters who want to be independent. You also need to have something separate to keep the pieces in because they don’t all fit into the bigger toy.
