Good for when you remember to use them – I got these to help combat a skin picking disorder by keeping my fingers busy. I don’t know if they help concentration, as I didn’t buy them for that purpose. Works well but for someone like me with attention disorders as well, they work well as long as you remember to use them. Very durable. Dropped them several times due to coordination problems and they still work well. Watch out for dust and dirt though, as it is hard to remove. Good for distraction, but I can’t comment on helping concentration, as I didn’t buy them for that purpose
