JUST BUY IT! YOUR LITTLE ONE WILL LOVE IT! – I was hesitant to buy this because i was afraid it would get opened, played with once and just be another toy on the floor of the playroom. I was wrong and it’s worth it.

The cutest! – I got this for my daughter’s birthday and she absolutely loved it. My son was actually very intrigued as well. I felt like it was a very good compromise for not getting a real animal (we have plenty), but was engaging and shows her a sense of responsibility. She can have the babies over and over which is also nice. A wonderful gift!

A fun Gift for kids 10 and Under – My kids have been wanting a real hamster but due to my husband allergies that can not happen, they are 7 & 9 (boy &girl ) I’m not saying this a 100% going to get them over having the real thing but it is a pretty cool n fun toy they were excited to get it n loved that she had babies. They got so excited when the momma hamster heart lit up telling them a baby was on the way .. the fun thing is momma having babies isn’t a one time experience they can repeat this process over n over again if the choose n you can pick different time delays on how fast or slow babies arrive … not all the babies appeared like they were supposed too a couple got stuck but the present that comes with babies did drop … they just took the babies out from the top of the cage when that happened n didn’t seem to really care …the momma hamster is soft n make noises n interacts with fake treat n hair brushing n stuff like that overall its a cute toy a bit pricey but cute toy

nice toy but child bored with it instantly – This is a really cute toy and works exactly as expected. The little momma guinea pig makes very cute noises and kind of sings waiting for her babies to appear. My 7 year old loved it. You can re-load the babies and have them appear over and over, but obviously the first time is exciting waiting for when the babies will come. After that, boring. My daughter played with it a couple times and has not gone back to it again.

HOW INNOVATIVE! – My Granddaughter ABSOLUTELY LOVED this toy. I gave it to her for her 5th birthday present. She was all about feeding it, brushing it and petting it to get the heart light to shine so the Mama could have the babies!! She was so tickled that the Mama made sounds when she was having the babies. I bought this toy in August or beginning of September 2022 and it was much more reasonably priced than it is now! I recommended it to a friend for her neice that is same age as my Granddaughter and when I pulled up the toy online, I was astonished to see the HUGE mark up in price!! I paid around 65.00 for it and it was worth that price. The Mama can have the babies over and over again, parents just have to follow directions to set it up. It is such a neat idea and very innovative!

My daughter loves it, but… – Got this for my 4yr old daughter. She really does love it, however, I feel like this may be another toy that loses its novelty after some time and is soon forgotten about. But time will tell. I like that you can reload the babies and the presents into the hutch/guinea pig cage, so she can play with it again and again. She’s been having “Big Mama Pig-Pig” have babies since she got it lol. We used ours on fast mode, because there’s no way my 4yr old can wait over the course of 2 days for mama to have her babies. On fast mode, it takes 10min to have a baby. I would suggest to the toy maker that they should cut that time in half. By the time 10min has passed, sometimes my young daughter has already tired of waiting and moved onto doing something else, (except the initial 1st time.) All in all, it’s a really cute toy that can be loaded and played with again. But $60 is still too pricey, IMO.

Fun, unique toy – We got this for our daughter for her birthday. She was pretty excited and seems to like it. It’s a super clever toy. I’m very impressed with the technology. I’m not sure if this exists (I haven’t searched yet since she recently got it), but it would be nice if the company sold “add-on” babies so the mama can have more babies. I know we can reload the mechanism with the three original babies, but that seems to take away from the magic. Anyway, still very happy with the toy.
