She loved it! – I purchased this item as a Christmas gift for a five year old. I was able to open up the packaging without damaging it and write a personalized message for her. When she opened it and saw the message just for her she was very happy. This is a great way for kids to stay entertained on car rides and rainy days, especially if parents want to avoid the electronics trap. It’s cute and durable and the stylus is attached so you don’t have to worry about your little one losing it. My only complaint is that the little switch to lock your drawing is on the back of the item. I would prefer to see a larger button on the front like the trash button is. I feel like that would be easier to navigate for toddlers and young children. All in all, great product!

The erase button completely clears the screen so you can’t tell what was on it before and can start a new picture. The lock button makes it so the picture can’t be erased until you turn it off and erase it (great for ornery kids who like to troll each other). They’re lightweight and thin so they’re easy to carry around or hold up while drawing as my kids have liked to do. We’ve even had family and friend’s kids over that have also loved them!
