Cats love it! – Bought this for our 3 cats…guess that makes me crazy. However, they love it! It withstands them knocking it over. If track gets disconnected, it is easily put back in. We use it often, and it still is in great shape. Occasionally one of the cats runs off with a penguin. Love the sound shut off feature, it is pretty annoying. But fun toy!

Fun but fragile… quality control? – We’ve been enjoying this toy quite a bit. I wanted one when I was a kid, so I got one for my own kids! The music is very loud, so we run it without the music. When our package arrived, we were disappointed to find that there was a metal spring missing under the battery compartment- so it wouldn’t run at all. Luckily, I had decided to pay a bit more to order with “Prime” benefits, so I was able to order a replacement and return the defective item with no extra charges.

Cute but annoying to put together – The directions are wrong! I watched videos on here from customers to figure out the track.

My son loves this! – My son absolutely loves these toy rollercoasters. He is nine and has autism. He watches a video from Baby Einsteins that lead him to finding the rollercoasters. This is the first toy he has ever been able to ask for. He was watching the video and then said, “penguins in the box come”. I showed him the picture on Amazon and he was so excited. I told him I would order it for him and it would come in the box. He started looking in another Amazon box I had by the door to take out for the trash the next day. I told him it would take a few days for the toy to come. When it came I sat the box unopened on our table. When he came home from school he immediately saw it and brought it to me. He said “penguins in the box come”. He waited very patiently while I put it all together and add the batteries. He doesn’t always sit for things like this. I tested it to make sure I put it together right and then he played with it for hours that night. He ran around the house yelling “penguins in the box come”. A few weeks later we order the “dogs in the box come” and he absolutely loves it too.

Bright, read side of box, colors don’t match photo on box, fun – Ok read the side lable on the box itself. Don’t try to match the colored slides on the box! The colors are not always the same as the box photo. The numbers are on the pieces of each slide and correspond with whats on the side of the box. If you do this without looking your going to waste 20 min..so these puppies are pretty small my 2 yr old really loves this toy. It works as expected if you set it up right. I wish the track stayed in place a little more sturdy. My 2 yr old just pulls on it and off it goes and i have to reset it up again. Would rather have 1 extra puppy than the flimsy cardboard piece at the top you add to the notches. Bright colors. Music and non music switch which is nice. Puppies are cute. But easy to lose. Maybe an attached plastic holder would be good for parking pups not in use. We did lose one down the potty. Thank god it was small enough to go down because that is the worst when you have to take off the toliet to get a toy out :/ never had any track problems. Puppies worked as stated. Fun gift
