Very Well Made and Fun – My 2 1/2 year old son is really into school buses. He saw this toy at a local store that was asking a lot more than what I paid here on amazon. It’s been his favorite toy the past couple days since it arrived and he won’t let it out of his sight. The toy is well made and very safe for children. I’ve seen a similar large school bus at a toy store that my son showed interest in but that one was very cheaply made from a flimsy plastic and had lots of sharp edges to it so I didn’t buy it for him. I’m so glad to have found this one.

Sturdy, takes a beating. – Waterproof and sturdy. Windows are open and little things ride inside which adds to the fun. Nothing but the wheels move. The plastic around the open windows can be a little scratchy for soft little fingers.

Great, sturdy, simple toys – I really like Green Toys. Personally, I don’t care much about recycled plastic or where it is made, I’m more concerned about price. But I look for toys that are classic and not overstimulating, avoiding batteries, busy decor, and characters, and Green Toys really delivers on that. Their toys are just what I am looking for – a bus, without lights or sounds, that won’t crack if my son drops it. I love that their toys are easily washable, too – it means playing with them in the bath, outside, or in the highchair, which is great for my 2-year old, vehicle-loving boy. I have a few Green Toys, and the bus is probably my favorite (though my son likes the car carrier). I like how it feels – sturdy, smooth plastic, fairly big, with good colors (one of my issues with some other Green Toys) and an open top to hold toy people/animals (or a handful of cars). If you are looking for a bus for open-ended, imaginative play, this is for you! If your kid spends a lot of time with battery-operated toys, they might not find this entertaining enough.
