Not as Big as They Look – Don’t be fooled by the images! The tin storage box is only about a foot wide. That being said, overall this is a nice toy for any kid who enjoys dinosaurs. Each figurine is colorful and durable. The metal lunch-box-style storage box with a handle is an added bonus that kids will love to play with as well. This would be a great gift for kids or teachers. Would recommend. Would buy it again.

Unlike some of the hard and solid plastic Dino’s these are much bigger for the little hands to grasp. I dont know exactly what they are made of some sort of softer vinyl maybe? They are much softer than the smaller hard plastic creatures that are more common and they are too big for the baby to swallow. How are they to play with? Well, as my grandson would say “Roooooaaaarrrr”.

They would have gotten 5 stars, but the lid came off completely when I opened it. – There were little tabs of metal cut from the back “wall” of the box, and they should have been bent down around the lip of the lid once it was installed onto the box. They weren’t, and the lid came off. It was an easy fix, took me all of fifteen seconds to accomplish with a little pair of pliers. Why the manufacturer’s employees couldn’t take the fifteen seconds and do it before sending it out to a customer will never be known.
