Awesome little track！ – This toy is great. The track is flexible so the cars drive on them easily. The cars work wonderfully and powerfully. The bright lights also give them a cool touch. My son loves this toy and honestly, so do I. I can sit there and watch them race on the tracks for quite some time as well.

The battery operated car is VERY fragile. – Based upon previous reviews of this item, I decided to examine the contents of the box prior to wrapping for Christmas. I am so glad I did! The included directions say two AA batteries are required and not included. The battery compartment is difficult to access and actually requires two AAA batteries once you are inside. The screws to open the battery compartment are microscopic. I spend ten minutes in the garage scrounging for a Phillips head screwdriver small enough to fit the head of the screws. I finally get the screws out, insert the proper size batteries and flip the ON/OFF switch. The whole ON/OFF switch assembly collapses into the body of the car. I now have two choices. Return the whole thing to the seller in China two weeks before Chridtmas or try to fix it. I am a 60 year old grandmother and am close to the edge of my electronic abilities at this point, but I picture my grandson’s disappointed face and I decide to trudge on. Five screws later, the whole disassembled car is laying on my kitchen counter. Be warned that when you pry the chassis off, the wires, lights, circuits and wheel axel explode out like zombies chasing Brad Pitt in World War Z. I find the ON/OFF assembly still hiding in the car body and fish it out. I force it back into its slot kicking and screaming, but it refuses to snap in. At this point, I realize I am in over my head, carefully place ALL the tiny pieces on a dinner tray and carry them into Grandpa, who is trying to relax in front of the TV. Ten minutes later, the car is reassembled and in a functional state again. The box is now wrapped and under the Christmas tree. I am not sure how long it will work. All things considered, I would not have purchased this particular product if I knew then what I know now. It would be a better item if the batteries were included installed and the car was quality built.
