      Really durable – I bought these for my boys for a Christmas gift and opened them to check out how they were and put one in water to test it it held up great. I gave my son the open one to play with (he thinks that was the only one) and it held up to being tossed around and everything toddlers can think of. Its a harder plastic which is perfect for cleaning. It lights shut off after a few minutes of not being handled and out of water
