BEST Customer Service – I am giving this 5-stars for customer service!! I did have a few issues at first, such as my first package was missing the batteries, but they sent me a new one. And the second package, the USB charger broke, but when I contacted customer support they got back to me the next day and shipped me a new USB charger. So even though there were some issues, customer support resolved them ASAP. I really appreciate this because it ensured that my son can continue to enjoy his toy. It also swims very well in the water and my son enjoys it SO much! Thank you to the customer support who helped make this happen, I would order from them again.
